Nick Arama Comments Hall of Fame

Nick Arama is one of the top columnists at RedState. Here are a few of Nick’s top comments during the past six weeks.

Written by the devil himself: Mike Lee slams ‘For the People’ voting expansion bill. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

If it passes, good-bye to any fair election ever again. All the bad things that people were concerned about in the 2020 election would be implemented as a formal requirements imposed on the states across the country. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

How insane is that? They really think that they can ‘give you’ that permission, that we’re all little children to be dictated to by the government. That we’re not already getting together with our friends and families. But remember this is only if you do what Crazy Uncle Joe tells you to do. Because if you don’t, he might impose more restrictions back on you. He actually said that. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

Don’t worry, if it doesn’t make sense; it’s not supposed to, it’s another crazy Blue Anon conspiracy but it’s all over social media by folks on the left. But beyond the crazies, [governor Cuomo] he’s definitely in deep political trouble. Karma has finally come home to roost for this slimy character. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

Peace through strength. That’s always the way. Project weakness as the Biden team has been doing, you invite aggression because they think they can get away with it. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

Chalk up another embarrassment in a slew of embarrassments, from falling multiple times on the stairs to being scolded and insulted by China and Russia. It has not been a good day for Biden. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

Can we say ‘political indoctrination’? In addition to clearly having no idea what they are talking about and no idea what the BLM and Antifa are all about. Hundreds of violent riots across the country connected to BLM and Antifa, billions in damage, more than 20 murdered, hundreds injured, including hundreds of cops. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

There is a big difference [between Antifa and the Capitol incident]. One appears to be a continuing ongoing threat against the government and the social order, but has the protection of the Democrats, versus a one-day event condemned by everyone. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

Like so much with the Biden team, the move would be unprecedented. That would mean the responsibility of following up for an asylum hearing would be on the illegal alien, who already showed he didn’t care about breaking the law. And why would they bother to follow up, knowing that—in all likelihood—it would be denied and then they could be deported potentially? They’ll just disappear into U.S., and they’re home free. All they have to do is say the magic word, asylum, and they know they’re in. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

What’s the rationale for the hotel rooms for illegal aliens? Psaki couldn’t be bothered to explain and apparently didn’t think we deserved an answer as to what was being done with our $86 million. But it surely does show a difference in priorities. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

Biden then proceeded to put Kamala Harris in charge of the situation at the border. In his strange remarks, during which he seems very tired, he doesn’t actually identify her by name (did he forget it?), he defines her by her prior positions, saying that no one should question that she speaks for him, “I can think of nobody who is better qualified to do this… When she speaks, she speaks for me.” — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

This is fantasy. According to Rubin, Republicans just made up the thousands of people flooding the border and overwhelming the CBP and the ability to deal with them. How does someone live in such unreality? Has she not seen the pictures herself? — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

Biden was so anxious to do away with all President Donald Trump’s achievements at the border; now it’s all coming back to haunt him, justifiably, as doing away with those protections logically resulted in a disaster. He wanted it, now he’s gotten it, in spades. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

At this point, we’ve seen a lot of strange things from politicians. Not too many things shock us anymore given the history of weird, ugly, evil and just flat out crazy kind of things we’ve seen. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

It’s hard to fathom not only trying to steal a car, but killing a man in the process. With such little regard for human life, to take such a man from his family for such an evil reason. Then, to be more concerned about one’s phone; there are some serious issues there. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

Just remember, there’s no crisis because Joe Biden, the WaPo and the AP tell us so. So pay no attention to this or their efforts to prevent people from seeing what is going on. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

Imagine if Trump were in office and refusing the media access to facilities under such circumstances, as Joe Biden is in fact doing. Saying we don’t need to let you in now, we’ll let you in when we have everything figured out as Joe said during his press conference. We know media would be screaming all over the place. Some have mentioned it but there’s nowhere near the screaming because it’s a Democrat. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

Biden has already shown he not only doesn’t give a rap about American stability or energy independence by killing the Keystone Pipeline, but that also killed thousands of jobs that he didn’t seem to give a darn about. …
Millions of freelancers will likely lose their jobs if it passes, almost 60 million freelancer jobs would hang in the balance under this bill who would be adversely impacted. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

No, water is not prohibited, electioneering by campaign workers is prohibited. Voting is not restricted in anyway despite her lie. No, their tone has not changed because they continue to blatantly lie. They really have no shame at all. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

In other words, this is how you get the lower death numbers in Florida despite having such a concentrated population of seniors. That’s something that should be praised not attacked. But the fact that CBS tried to suggest that there was somehow something wrong with that focus shows how desperate they are to go after DeSantis. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

[Nancy Pelosi] is blustering because she doesn’t want to give any classified briefing for lawmakers about the border, she’s trying to minimize how much they know about the disaster now evolving under Joe Biden. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

Last time I checked, Donald Trump Jr wasn’t smoking parmesan cheese thinking it was crack. Seriously, the utter gall of these people thinking they can sell this stuff. The sad thing is, there are folks on the left who will buy this without any concern of the real questions here. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

Folks on the left were fond of bandying about the claim that President Donald Trump was somehow a dictator, despite there never really being anything he did that even came close to anything a dictator would do. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

So now, let’s fast forward to today, where Joe Biden and Democrats are making every move they can to grab complete and total power from trying to eliminate the filibuster in the Senate to basically a national takeover of election rules; they are doing what they can to consolidate their power. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

We may not be always happy with the decisions of the Court. But if they start packing the Court and changing even what cases they may take, we’re done and the country as we know it is done. The Constitution is done. — Nick Arama, columnist, RedState

Heroes for Our Time: Scott Hounsell

Scott Hounsell: It seems everything with liberalism is about two things: force and, as a direct result, hypocrisy. Whether it is taxes, speech, or any of the other 100 different ways it seeks to control your life, the inherent requirement for the left’s enforcement mechanism of their grandiose ideological quest is always force. Don’t pay your taxes? Force. Don’t want to buy an electric car? Force. Don’t want to believe that a man can become a woman? Force. And as we have been seeing more recently, decide you don’t want to get vaccinated? Force. ...

If you think that climate change is as big of a threat as you constantly lecture us that it is, why don’t you just volunteer to make the changes in your life to combat it? ...

If, again, climate change was such a grave threat to our existence, and immediate action is necessary, why would you only give up some? Why would you not give it all up? Why wouldn’t you take the totality of the action available to you, with as much ...

Heroes for Our Time: Anony Mee

Anony Mee: Joe is building a more impoverished populace, a diminished and less robust commercial sector, and a disheartened electorate. Republicans must pound this message home and give this administration a daily beat-down from now until November 2022. It’s the very least Joe’s minions deserve.
